Animals represent different aspects of
our being and of those around us. some are higher aspects, some are

Gold or Silver Snakes:
Physical: A message to heal the body, realign the energies within
for greater strength, endurance, and comfort. The prize is
enticing, but
a price must

let go of old habits.
Emotional: A message to find the courage to overcome
emotional barriers. Greed, power, and control are misleading
the
dreamer into a false
sense of security that is ever out of reach.
People with
low self-esteem dream this dream or see this "vision" but seldom heed it’s message;
too afraid to leave their "comfort zone". They
actually perceive themselves stronger for taking abuse,
and believing their abuser is always
right.
This snake is a message to wake up: "We are all accountable
for what we allow." If we allow anger, our own or
the anger of others, to control our life, we are heading
into the depths
of contradiction/hypocrisy
and depression.
Spiritual: A need to realign values and perceptions. A
time of courage is at hand. The dreamer needs to grow
within, and this
means shedding
the old skin, walking in truth, or the spirit will wither,
weakened by the
lack of courage.

Top of Page
Hungry/aggressive wolves:
NOTE:
Wolves, normally a protective, nurturing symbol in dreams but
not always. When wolves show aggression towards the dreamer,
it is most often a
sign that a parent, usually the mother, is being destructive
towards their child/children. It is emotional abuse most
often that leads
to dreams of wolves "trying to get at" the dreamer.
The dreamer should be aware of parental manipulation and
exploitation at this point.
If the dreamer becomes a hungry and aggressive wolf, generally
a "hunter" they
are most likely seeking to get at the underneath of something
or someone. This is a person's spirit or subconscious working
to protect the dreamer
against falsehoods, manipulations or practitioners of misguided
spirituality. As ugly as it sounds, and as horrific as the dreams
may be, they are
generally warning the dreamer about a particular person not being
all they seem to be.
I could write volumes on this aspect of wolves alone, and every
dream may have some relevant, mitigating elements that enhance
or turn
the meaning of wolves. Work on it and see how it suits you and
feel free
to check with me to see if your dream is more or less in these
two aspects.
BOXES
Boxes, in general, hold our structured environment or belief
systems, including our hopes and fears. Much is held in
boxes. Our beliefs,
our behaviors, our disregard for others as well as our appreciation
of what we have received in life. Even an empty box is not without
a message.
Boxes-Upright:
Physical: Surrender, relaxation, or
fatigue and stress (depending on how the box appears or feels to
the dreamer)
Emotional: Acceptance, disregard
Spiritual: Lack of faith, rigid belief system
Boxes-Casket like:
Physical: (If small, problems are not as large as they appear)
Emotional: Expecting the worst, expecting to fail. These expectations
can become self-fulfilling prophecies. If the boxes are small,
the fears/expectations are unfounded.
Spiritual: A greater awakening is at hand. A person is
not dying but growing into a greater awareness. A child
is no
longer a child.
(Note: Most boxes, especially if they are closed, are "empty".
The dreamer must learn to face and overcome their fears by opening
the boxes to see what is revealed within. It could be fears that
need to be dealt with, or expectations that are top heavy.
It could even
be something wonderful! In that case, the dreamer has a fear of success
and is probably self-sabotaging, blaming others, and not finishing
what they started. )
