With today's technology it is possible for us to track activities such as the above by any internet user worldwide.

If qcislands net receives SPAM from the outside world, we will block reception of transmissions from the originating site.

If qcislands net receives SPAM which has been relayed thru a secondary internet source we will block reception of transmissions from that relaying site.

If you are not receiving any emails from a particular site, please send us as much detailed information that you have with respect to the originator. We will attempt to determine why you aren't getting it. If the email was "blocked" because it came thru a relayer or from an originator of unsolicted "SPAM" email, we will not be able to get it flowing. You would need to contact the originator of the email so that they may determine why their ISP has been labelled as a problem on one of the various RBL lists. qcislands net currently uses the following RBL lists: www.dbsl.org, www.spamhaus.org, relays.ordb.org, relays.visi.com and opm.blitzed.org.

Should a violation of our policy occur by any user, internet priviledges may be terminated and prosecution under the law may follow.
