
Outlook Express Setup
If you experience getting hung up from your internet connection directly
after checking your email, then chances are you have that option selected
within Outlook Express.
Step 1
On your desktop screen locate and click on "Outlook
Express" icon.

Step 2
Click on "Tools".

Step 3
Click on "Options".

Step 4
Click on "Connection".


Step 5
Notice the tick mark after the phrase "Hang up after sending
and receiving"

Step 6
Click to remove the tick mark

Step 7
Click the Apply button

Step 8
Click the OK button

At this point you are back at the Outlook Express main screen. Click on
the "X" in the top right hand side of the Outlook Express window which
will "close" the program. This will "save" all the settings you've just
completed.
You're done! Outlook Express should no longer disconnect after sending
or receiving email!
