By air from Vancouver
Vancouver International Airport to Sandspit Airport on the Queen Charlotte Islands, Haida Gwaii. Via Canadian
regional Airlines.

By Air from Prince Rupert
Seal Cove Float plane base to Sandspit Airport or Queen Charlotte City by deHavilland Beaver or Otter float
planes. Operated by Harbour Air, for flight schedules and reservations phone 1-800-689-4234
By surface transport Sandspit Airport to Queen Charlotte
Easiest method is to catch the airport limo. It will deliver you anywhere in Skidegate or Queen Charlotte City
area. Also will pick you up in these areas on your return flight. Fare also includes a short ferry ride between
Moresby Island and Graham Island. During busy periods you should reserve space by phone 1-250-559-4461
This number will also get you a Taxi or information on their Bus service schedule to the north end of Graham
island to the villages of Port Clements or Masset
You will also find rental cars at the airport. As supply is limited it is best to reserve.

By surface travel from Vancouver
There are two choices, both time consuming. The Vancouver Island route involves three ferry rides. You will
need reservations for staterooms and car space for the the two major ones, Port Hardy to Prince Rupert and Prince
Rupert to Skidegate. The other choice is to drive the interior hyway to Prince Rupert and take the ferry to Skidegate.
Don't forget the reservations. This is approximately a six hour trip. Most of the trips are in daylight hours during
the Summer schedule. There is only one trip per day max. Be sure to check the schedule. For reservations phone
