Kayaking is  a great way to see the Islands.  There are several inlets and lakes where waters are protected from heavy weather.  These areas include parts of Masset Inlet, Skidegate Inlet, Juskatla Inlet, Mayer Lake, Pure Lake, Mosquito Lake and more, providing fun, safe paddling. 
Advanced experience and guides are required for more extensive trips.

QCI Ocean Charters will rent Sea Kayaks equipped with life jackets and marine radios.  Guiding is not included in our services at this time.  A paddling buddy is a requirement in our rental agreement.  Both double and single kayaks are available.  Marine and road transport of kayaks is
available.
