Welcome to Dorothy and Mike's bed and breakfast. We hope our
website will give you a glimpse of the warmth, comfort and beauty
of our home and of the Queen Charlotte Islands\Haida Gwaii that
we love to share with our guests.
Our house is "Charlotte" style, started by our friend and neighbour, in the days when most everyone who came to the Charlottes built their own homes, their own designs, in their own way. Hamid put a lot of his heart and soul into this house, milling thick planks and beams of cedar by hand on an alaska mill. He and his wife Rafaella raised their 2 daughters and son here. It was always a warm, comfortable, inviting home for friends and family.
Since we moved in we've added on, but we've striven to keep the spirit of the place and have added our own "heart and soul."
